Returns & Refunds

We accept bikinis purchased from our new collection in new condition with tags and liners in tact for a store credit. Return shipping is at customers expense. Please note sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and make sure the following conditions are met:

- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date

- Unworn items must have all tags attached and hygiene liner in place

- Unworn items must be returned in the original Ibicenca Swim bag and its satin pouch

Email us at customerservice@ibicencaswim.com with your order number to start the process.

Once your items are inspected by our returns team, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 5 business days.

Store credit & gift cards can be used at any time. They do not have an expiration date.

The costs of returning an item will not be covered or reimbursed by Ibicenca Swim.

Under normal circumstances we do not offer refunds. If you find a full priced item from our store isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to offer you and exchange by giving you a store credit by email for the value of your swimwear. Please note that this does not include original shipping charges.

All items marked as final sale, or with a discount code have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact us at customerservice@ibicencaswim.com and check our size chart before placing your order. 

No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on items marked as final sale.

Items that are worn, pulled or stained or where the hygienic liner and/or tags are removed are non-exchangeable. So are all items marked as final sale, items purchased with a discount code over 15% and free gifts with retail value.

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed through our system and payment has been received.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
