Returns & Refunds
We accept bikinis purchased from our new collection in new condition with tags and liners in tact for a store credit only. Return shipping is at customers expense. Please note sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount code over 15% are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and make sure the following conditions are met:
- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Unworn items must have all tags attached and hygiene liner in place
- Unworn items must be returned in the original Ibicenca Swim bag and its satin pouch
Email us at customerservice@ibicencaswim.com with your order number to start the process.
Once your items are inspected by our returns team, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 5 business days.
Store credit & gift cards can be used at any time. They do not have an expiration date.
The costs of returning an item will not be covered or reimbursed by Ibicenca Swim.
All items marked as final sale, or with a discount code above 15% cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact us at customerservice@ibicencaswim.com and check our size chart before placing your order.
No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on items marked as final sale.
- Items that are worn, pulled or stained or where the hygienic liner and/or tags are removed are non-exchangeable.
- All items marked as final sale.
- items purchased with a discount code over 15% and free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed through our system and payment has been received.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
Any items received that are not in original condition and in its packaging with all tags and liners attached or have stains/soiling will be shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will be deducted from store credit.
